On 23rdof June 2014, the German COMPOSITE team presented results from 4 years' COMPOSITE research to the police president and the leaders of the police directorates as well as to representatives of the department for police affairs in the Ministry of Interior of the State of Brandenburg. The participants were especially interested in research based recommendations for organisational change processes in police organisations. Furthermore, they were very interested in the results of the core survey regarding the Brandenburg sample and in the results of the targeted study on new structures in the HR management in the unit for guard and patrol duty. The meeting showed: COMPOSITE has a very high practical benefit for the police forces.
