On 10thof July 2014, the Spanish COMPOSITE team to Mila Gascó organised a one-day workshop seminar which aimed at presenting COMPOSITE results on identity, leadership, change management and social media. The workshop was addressed to police officers in Catalonia (Spain) and was well attended by around 70 police officers. The workshop took place at ESADE, in Barcelona (Spain). Gabriele Jaobs (RSM, COMPOSITE project leader) was invited to talk about the following issue on "What European police change leaders need to know about identity and leadership".
