Dr Kamal Birdi from the University of Sheffield uploaded a video on Youtube regarding COMPOSITE's work package 3 (WP3). As WP3 leader, he summarises in this video the knowledge sharing capabilities of police organisations in the EU. In doing so, he presents WP3 objectives, describes four studies, highlights major findings on knowledge sharing effectiveness, practices and barriers and offers practical recommendations.
