The second COMPOSITE newsletter is dealing with the following topics.

• A comprehensive course outline to enhance strategic management capabilities among senior police officers was delivered to the EU as COMPOSITE Deliverable 10.2.
• COMPOSITE presentation at the CEPOL Police Research and Science Conference in St. Cyr au Mont d’Or (Lyon, France) on September 25th to 27th, 2012 by the project coordinator Dr. Gabriele Jacobs.
• Presentation on "Implicit Concepts of Police Networking" at the conference on Empirical Police Science in Villingen-Schwenningen (Germany) on September 13th to 15th, 2012 by the German COMPOSITE country-team.
• Publication and event note.
