COMPOSITE was presented in a symposium on "Organisational Change and Development" at the 16th Congress of the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology (EAWOP), to be held May 22nd to 25th in Münster (Germany). Consortium members from France, Germany, the Netherlands and Romania represented their findings regarding "Organisational Change in European Policing" on May 23rd.
